Korean-style Pork Chops

korean pork chops pan fried bbq glazed

These Korean-style pork bbq glazed pork chops are pan-fried but can also be grilled and glazed with the sauce. The thin-cut pork chops cook up quickly and are ready to eat in minutes. I seared and removed them from the pan to deglaze. Once you put them back in the skillet, start glazing on both sides.

The sauce will reduce and you’ll be left with a pretty red Korean-style bbq sauce that’s both sweet and tangy. If you like spicy, feel free to add some red pepper flakes or even some ghost pepper flakes like I did.

how to make korean pork chops

If you’re grilling, use the sauce like you would any bbq sauce.  Once the chops are done, glaze both sides and remove them from the grill.  The most important thing to remember is that thin-cut chops will cook in a few minutes on high heat.
