soy sauce

teriyaki sauce

tsp
chili paste
1/4
tsp
ginger powder
1/2
tbsp
minced garlic

tbsp
honey
salt and pepper
Instructions
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper
Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well
Heat a heavy cast iron or other skillets on medium-high heat and brown both sides of the pork chops for 1-2 minutes
Remove the pork chops and pour the sauce into the pan and stir to deglaze the pan
Put the pork chops back in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side
Remove the chops and pour the sauce over them
Notes
Don't overcook the pork chops, thin cut chops will cook quickly.
