Popeyes Brings the $6 Rip’n Chicken Box Back – Limited Time

popeyes rip'n chicken special

Popeyes announced they’ll be bringing back the Rip’n Chicken for a limited time.  The Rip’n chicken is one of my all-time favorites at Popeyes, right behind their Louisiana fried chicken and gizzards.

The chicken is so flavorful and tender due to marinating all-white chicken breast filet in Popeyes’s signature Louisiana seasonings.

The breast is cut into strips like chicken fingers so you can pull it apart and dip it. It’s hand-battered and fried to a beautiful golden brown.  The end product is crispy, juicy, and bursting with flavor.

The Rip’n chicken is available in a $6 box that comes with your choice of two sides, a biscuit, and dipping sauce.  My go-to sides would definitely be their red beans and rice.

It’s one of the best foods you can get from a fast-food joint because it doesn’t taste like fast food. Their red beans and rice taste like something you’d make at home.

It’s available for a limited time nationwide in most Popeye restaurants.
