Baja Fresh Mexican Grill unveiled their newly enchilada Rojas plate that’s only available for a limited time.
This is a really nice deal for those who love fresh Mexican food. Baja Fresh prides itself on their fresh food and these Rojas enchiladas shows it.
The Rojas enchilada plates comes with three corn tortillas filled and rolled with grilled chicken and cheese. They then top it with cotija cheese, enchilada salsa, sour cream and fresh cilantro.
It also comes with their signature Baja rice, beans and pico de gallo.
Update – If tacos are more your style, check out the taco verdes. You get 3 corn tortillas filled with grilled chicken and jack cheese.
The tacos are topped in a rich salsa suiza, sour cream, avocado and red onions. This is a taco for the true taco lover.
