Add the water, strawberries, sugar, brown sugar, cream cheese and vanilla to a sauce pan.
Stir well and cook on medium heat till the syrup starts to thicken (stir occasionally)
Reduce heat and let reduce to desired consistency.
Cinnamon French Toast
Preheat a skillet on low and add the butter to melt
Add the eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl and whisk until well blended.
Place a slice of bread in the batter and coat both sides well. Add the bread slices to the skillet and cook on medium until golden brown on both sides.
Remove from the skillet and top with the strawberry cream cheese syrup.
Notes
*Don't reduce the syrup too much, it will thicken as it cools *Stir the syrup every couple of minutes
