frogs legs or 4-6 pairs

Slap Yo Mama Cajun seasoning

flour

eggs beaten
oil for deep frying
Instructions
Start by preheating enough oil for deep frying in a large pot or deep fryer to 350 degrees
Dredge the frogs legs in the egg wash and then dredge and coat well in the flour.
Let the frogs legs rest for 10 minutes before frying. Fry them for 8 minutes or until they float in the oil. Drain and place on paper towels.
Notes
Don't forget the hot sauce.
