Southern-style fried frogs leg deep fried until golden and delicious.

  • 1 lb frogs legs or 4-6 pairs
  • 1 tbsp Slap Yo Mama Cajun seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • oil for deep frying


  • Start by preheating enough oil for deep frying in a large pot or deep fryer to 350 degrees
  • Dredge the frogs legs in the egg wash and then dredge and coat well in the flour.
  • Let the frogs legs rest for 10 minutes before frying. Fry them for 8 minutes or until they float in the oil. Drain and place on paper towels.


Don't forget the hot sauce.
