Crispy Air Fryer Kale Chips
A quick and easy way to enjoy kale. The air fryer method makes it crispy and it's more healthy than potato chips.
- 1 bag fresh chopped kale
- tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preheat your air fryer for 3 minutes to 400 degrees
Place a couple of handfuls of kale in a bowl and toss with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper
Lay the kale in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook until crispy, usually 4-5 minutes
