Velveeta Cheese Dip with Rotel
A cheesy and tasty cheese dip that can be used for nachos or in other recipes that call for queso.
- 1 lb. Velveeta cut into cubes
- 1 can Rotel or a can of tomatoes with green chilies original or extra hot
- 1/2 cup milk
Put all of the ingredients in a saucepan and heat on medium-low. Stir frequently so it doesn't stick and the cheese will melt faster. Serve with tortilla chips and your favorite taco condiments like onions, jalapenos, and black olives.
