If using it for a deep dish or Chicago style pizza, make the sauce a little thicker and put it on top of the pizza instead of spreading directly on the crust.

Rich and Zesty Pizza Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 tsp basil
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Put the tomato paste and water in a bowl and stir until smooth and blended. Don't add all of the water at one time, add slowly until you've reached your desired consistency. Add the other ingredients and mix well.
